For a growing e-retailer analytics technology business, I manage the full commercial cycle from proposition development and product marketing through to outbound sales, social strategy, and events. Built a custom personalised outreach tool for managing their outbound programme.

I design and build working software to solve specific commercial problems. Everything below was built using Claude Code and deployed to production.

Client blueprint platform

A live, constantly evolving environment that hosts a client's sales narrative, content strategy, ICP, audience segmentation, website schedule, SEO/AEO/GEO/SEA strategy, and events programme. A private, secure space for leadership teams to review and engage with their commercial plan.

Prospect research and sequencing tool

End-to-end company research and prospect identification tool using Claude Code and Claude's deep research capabilities. Used for hyper-personalisation of prospect engagement, producing outreach that demonstrates genuine understanding of each target.

Campaign content system

End-to-end content production platform covering LinkedIn, SEA, landing pages, and sales enablement. Structured around a content planner with brand-accurate visual output and channel-specific copy.

Community apps

Tennis club session booking and championship management apps. My Feline, a subscription app on the Apple and Google Play stores for cat owners. Both built to improve real community experiences.
